End User License Agreement

Acceptance

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and FIDE PROCESSUI™ governing your access to and use of our materials, frameworks, journaling systems, community, coaching sessions, recordings, and any related digital content (collectively, the "Materials"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Materials, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA, FIDE PROCESSUI™ grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Materials for your own personal trading improvement only.

Restrictions

You may not, directly or indirectly: (a) copy, reproduce, republish, screenshot for redistribution, record, transcribe, or distribute any Materials; (b) resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share access (including account credentials, Zoom links, or community invites); (c) use the Materials to build, train, or operate any competing product, course, signal service, or community; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) use the Materials for any commercial purpose.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Materials, frameworks, methodologies, branding, trademarks, logos, and underlying content are and remain the sole intellectual property of FIDE PROCESSUI™. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Acceptable Use

You agree to behave respectfully inside the community, to keep all shared discussions confidential, and to refrain from harassment, self-promotion, solicitation, or sharing of signals. Violation of community standards is a material breach of this EULA.

Educational Purpose & No Financial Advice

The Materials are provided strictly for educational purposes. Nothing in the Materials constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.

Termination

Any violation of this EULA may result in immediate termination of your license and access without refund. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Materials and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections regarding Ownership, Restrictions, and Limitation of Liability survive termination.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIDE PROCESSUI™ shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Materials.
